This page sets out in full the official rules, account policies, and payment agreements that players must follow when using the ru77 platform.

SECTION 01
General Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between the ru77 platform ("we", "ru77") and the player using the platform ("you", "user"). By accessing the ru77 website, opening an account, or using any of the services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all provisions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the ru77 platform. Continuing to use the platform constitutes acceptance of the Agreement.
This Agreement is provided in Myanmar language and operates on Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).
SECTION 02
Account Opening and Registration
To access all services at ru77, you need to open your own account. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Using false or someone else's information is not allowed.
2.1 One Account Per Person Policy
Each player may only open one account. If it is found that a single player has opened multiple accounts sharing the same identity (same IP address or device ID), all such accounts will be immediately closed and any remaining balances in those accounts will be forfeited without refund.
- Only your real name, phone number, and contact details may be provided during registration
- Manage your own account password and do not share it with any third party
- All deposits and withdrawals on the account must be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only
- You may not rent, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your account
2.2 Identity Verification
ru77 may request supporting documents to verify a player's personal information at any time. If the required documents are not provided within the specified period, the account may be temporarily suspended.
SECTION 03
Age Restriction
You must be 21 years of age or older to use the ru77 platform. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to access or play.
21+ Warning: Playing at ru77 is for adults aged 21 and above only. If it is found that someone has misrepresented their age to gain access, the account will be immediately closed.

SECTION 04
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
Deposits at ru77 can only be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay. Regardless of the payment method used, the minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks.
- Deposits must be made only from the player's own payment account
- Funds deposited from a third party's payment account will not be accepted and cannot be refunded
- This platform does not support money laundering through deposits, and anti-money laundering checks may be carried out
- Once a deposit is made, it will appear in the player's account almost immediately
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit — KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay
- Withdrawals will only be processed once the player's identity verification is complete
- Funds derived from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met
- If incorrect information is found during the review of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal will be reversed and the account will be subject to further verification

SECTION 05
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Players making their first deposit at ru77 can receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to 200,000 Ks. For example, if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you get a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus amount of 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
For a larger deposit example — if you deposit 420,000 Ks, you receive a 200,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 620,000 Ks. You must wager 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks before withdrawal. Please note that the wagering requirement (25×) must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus is only valid within the period set by ru77 from the date the bonus is credited
- Withdrawals of bonus funds are not permitted before the wagering requirement is met
- If two players are found combining bonus funds and playing together, the bonus will be cancelled and the balances may be forfeited
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player
- If a player withdraws while holding a bonus, the bonus amount will be forfeited and only the deposited amount can be returned.
SECTION 06
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
At ru77, we ensure players can play with SSL encryption and Fair Play technology protection. Players are not allowed to use any bot, auto-play software, or advanced computer tools while playing.
- Game results cannot be altered by the player — all results are generated by a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
- Collusion and match-fixing are strictly prohibited.
- If a dispute arises over a game result, ru77's data records will be used to make the final decision, and that decision is binding.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game cannot continue and ends incomplete due to server issues, software errors, or network faults, the amount owed for that game will be resolved according to ru77's records. In such cases, ru77's decision is final.
SECTION 07
Strictly Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the platform.
- Money laundering and financial fraud of any kind.
- Using bots, scripts, scrapers, or VPNs to conceal activity.
- A single player opening two or more duplicate accounts.
- Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting wagering requirements through any method (bonus abuse).
- Two or more players colluding to conduct gameplay in a dishonest manner.
- Intentionally exploiting software glitches or bugs for personal gain.
- Attempting to bypass technical restrictions to access the platform from restricted countries.
If any of the above prohibited actions are found to have been committed, ru77 may immediately close the player's account without prior notice and seize any funds held in it.
SECTION 08
Account Suspension / Closure
8.1 Closure by ru77
If a player is found to have violated these terms, company policies, or applicable law, ru77 may suspend or permanently close the player's account without prior notice.
- Players may be given advance notice shortly after this policy is updated so they can cease play.
- If a suspension or closure is made during an ongoing investigation and no wrongdoing is found once the investigation is complete, the account may be reinstated.
8.2 Self-Exclusion Request by Player
Players who wish to close their own account can do so by sending a request to [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be returned before closure. If the bonus wagering requirement has not been met at the time of closure, the bonus amount will be forfeited.
SECTION 09
Personal Data Protection
ru77 uses SSL encryption to protect players' personal information. Details on what data we collect, how we use it, and how it is shared with third parties can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Players' payment information is kept secure and is never shared with third parties. We will only disclose transaction records if required to do so by law.
SECTION 10
Limitation of Liability
The ru77 platform ("the Service") is provided on an as-is basis. ru77 is not liable for any financial losses, loss of winnings, or any related losses arising from a player's gameplay.
- ru77 is not responsible for any inability to continue play due to internet connection interruptions.
- Players are solely responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information they provided.
- ru77's liability is limited in cases where issues arise from faults with third-party service providers (payment companies).

SECTION 11
Changes to Terms and Conditions
